The kitchen from the outside -
a three-storey building which uses Gravity Flow Mechanism developed in-house
by our team. Each kitchen has the capacity to cook between 50 000 to 100 000
mid-day meals per day. Costing approximately 9 crores to set up, they are built with funds from public donations.

consisting of rice cauldrons each of which
cooks up to 110kg of rice in 20 minutes.
Sambar cauldrons cook up to 1200
litres of sambar in two hours.


It is washed thoroughly on the 2nd floor

for cooking. The entire cooking process
takes place on the 1st floor

to cook food instead of flame.

1. Mahatma Gandhi.

 
Gandhi became world famous after it helped India to gain independence through peaceful means, but, unfortunately, he died not peaceful. January 30, 1948 it was attacked by the representative of the extremist organization,  Before it was made for five such attempts. In Gandhi shot three times during the evening prayer, and he died on the spot. In the funeral procession was attended by two million people. 02. Ronald Reagan.

 
March 30, 1981 outside the hotel in Washington, John Hinckley shot President Reagan and three of his followers. Reagan was punctured lung and opened heavy internal bleeding, but he was given emergency medical treatment and he quickly recovered. After 12 days, he was able to leave the hospital. Hinckley, who was found mentally ill, was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. He claimed that he did it to get attention Jodie Foster, star of the film "Taxi Driver."


 
 
 
 

 

03. Benazir Bhutto.

 
Bhutto was a strong-willed woman who has managed to take the post of Prime Minister of Pakistan. Her program was aimed at reforming the corrupt and violent government. December 27, 2007 Bhutto left the rally, where she spoke with supporters. That's when she shot out of the crowd and immediately followed by a number exploded two powerful bombs. During the blast killed Bhutto and another 139 people. According to investigators, was involved in the murder of al-Qaeda, and the president-dictator Pervez Musharraf knew in advance of the attack and did not inform the police. 04. Pope John Paul II

 
Seven weeks after the assassination attempt on Reagan, Pope John Paul drove past the huge crowd in the square of St. Paul, when he fired three shots, Mehmet Ali Agca. One of the bullets hit the Pope in the stomach, seriously wounding him. He was rushed to a hospital, where for five hours doctors fought for his life. While conspiracy theorists believed Agca mercenary KGB, he announced that he was acting on the request of the Vatican. Agca was convicted, was taken into custody and later released to his sentence for murder in Turkey.


 
 
 
 

 

05. Theodore Roosevelt.

 
October 14, 1912 Ex-President Roosevelt was preparing to give a speech at a rally in Milwaukee, when John Shrenk shot him in the chest. The wound could be fatal if not earlier Roosevelt pocketed the 50-page manuscript of his speech. Gravely wounded, Roosevelt surprised everyone by insisting on the fact that at first he pronounces his speech, and then go to the hospital. After Shrenk said that the ghost of President McKinley ordered him to shoot at Roosevelt, he was found insane and placed in institutions for life imprisonment.


 
 
 
 

 

06. George HW Bush

 
In April 1993, 14 people were arrested for trying to smuggle explosives in Kyuveyt to assassinate former President George HW Bush, who at the time was in the country. When the FBI came to the conclusion that the head of this conspiracy was Saddam Hussein, and the killers were agents of the Iraqi intelligence service, President Clinton ordered a missile and bomb attack the headquarters of the Iraqi secret police.


 
 
 
 

 

07. Anwar Sadat.

 
October 6, 1981 Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and a group of senior officials as an annual military parade in Cairo. At the end of the ceremony, one of the participants in the parade of military trucks suddenly stopped, and the soldiers opened fire with automatic weapons on the podium. In Sadat got 37 bullets and he died shortly thereafter. Another seven people were killed. 08. George W. Bush
